I find that these kind of photos are almost always for the model themselves, not for their significant other. This is the mindset I bring to my personal line of photos. I try to imagine how it would feel to the client to look on these images of themselves later in life. This makes me strive to capture the the youth and inner glow of the client, the feeling of the sun on their face.
